Commemorative Plaques

Persons wishing to place a commemorative plaque in the wall at Bay View Terrace Lookout may pick up a Commemorative Plaque Application Form at the Council Administration Offices, by post or fax, or click here to download and print a form.

Approval is granted in accordance with Council Policy conditions described on the application form.
