Mosman Park Annual Sport and Recreation Clubs Forum

The Town of Mosman Park invites you to attend the annual networking forum with the community’s sport and recreation clubs.

The forum provides clubs with an opportunity to:

Network with each other and discuss partnerships
Learn about the many grant funding opportunities
Discuss important industry news and trends with relevant professionals from State Government and sporting bodies
Learn about promotional opportunities
Access information and resources to assist with improving club functions

The next Forum will be held on Monday 24 August 2009 from 6.00pm to 8.00pm. Light supper will be provided.

Healthway Sponsorships

Healthway is pleased to offer Healthy Club Sponsorships for incorporated sporting clubs competing in recognised competition.

Community Sporting and Recreation Facilities Fund (CSRFF)

The Department of Sport and Recreation's Community Sporting and Recreation Facilities Fund (CSRFF) provides financial assistance to incorporated community groups and local governments to develop basic, sustainable infrastructure for sport and recreation.

Application forms and guidelines are available from the Department of Sport and Recreation's website at www.dsr.wa.gov.au or alternatively from the Council Administration Centre.

Applicants must discuss their intentions with Council’s Executive Manager Corporate Services prior to a submission being made. To avoid disappointment it is highly recommended that groups plan well in advance for any facility developments.

Groups should advise Council in writing two to three years prior to their official application so that the allocation of funds can be planned.

Applications are to be submitted to Council by early August each year.
