Walking programs provide the motivation to participate in 30 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity with the added benefits of socializing with people in your community and enjoying the beautiful surroundings and facilities.
The Town of Mosman Park and Shire of Peppermint Grove have partnered with the Heart Foundation to bring you Heart Foundation Walking, a nation wide initiative aimed at providing free, safe, social and accessible opportunities to become physically active in your local community. Pull out your sneakers and join in one of the many walking groups that are currently operating in your local community.

The volunteer Walk Organisers are the heroes of this programme. Council is seeking registrations from persons interested in supporting Heart Foundation Walking as a Walk Organiser.
